The spacious, clean rooms and the excellent location of this hotel were definite positives for our recent stay. We also appreciated the friendly service from most of the staff we encountered.

There were a couple of negative aspects of our stay. the TV in our room was not working which was a bit disappointing, although it wasn't a huge issue for us.

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around this city. I was also impressed with the breakfast served- it was delicious and offered a wide variety of options!

Couldn't stay longer!

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the spacious rooms and the neat washrooms. the location was convenient for me, with a nearby shopping mall and other amenities, making it easy to access everything I needed.

I did encounter some difficulty with the TV, which was not functioning properly.

The rooms were so spacious and immaculately kept. They were perfect for a city break with everything we needed within reach. the location was excellent for exploring and discovering new sights and experiences. We also really appreciated the complementary breakfast which was a great way to start each day.

We did encounter a few issues such as the rude attitude of some of the staff members, especially during the night shift. We also had issues with basic amenities such as a clean towel and functioning TV.

The room at Flagship Olivia Comforts was spacious and very clean. I was impressed with how well-maintained the accommodation was. Even though the TV wasn't working, it didn't bother me as I wasn't interested in using it. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
